4th Service-Learning Conference in Uruguay

On 25th November, the 4th Service-Learning Conference was held at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU). Authorities, educators, students and the general public attended the event at the institution's main lecture hall. More than 100 educators, directors and students from educational institutions, universities and social organisations developed educational community-based educational projects to share and exchange ideas and experiences. 
At this Conference, renowned specialists in the field and institutional referents who develop projects presented their work in panels, workshops, plenary sessions and discussions. It opened with a keynote lecture by Professor María Nieves Tapia,  broadcast live on YouTube. Watch the Conference on our channel, here.
CLAYSS Uruguay hosted the Conference with the support of the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU), the National Administration of Public Education of Uruguay (ANEP), UNICEF Uruguay, the United Nations Population Fund in Uruguay (UNFPA), the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI), the "El chajá" Civil Association and the SL Uruguayan Network. The Conference was also declared of interest by the Ministry of Education and Culture by Resolution 1531/022.
